By purchasing a ticket to an event or program created, organized, and/or executed by The Rook Room, you acknowledge that photography, video, or audio recording may take place at the event or at the event location. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by The Rook Room and its affiliates and representatives.
Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar events by The Rook Room in the future. You release The Rook Room and its employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, video, and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by The Rook Room or the person or entity designated to do so by The Rook Room. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event.
By participating in a Rook Room event or function as a customer, player, vendor, contributor, contractor, volunteer, employee, staff, guest, press, or any other attendee, you agree to The Rook Room Code of Conduct.
